With “Bengal Cuisine” he introduced a new architectural model for the Indian Restaurants in the UK by using large glass windows along the sides. Again, it gained lot of popularity and publicity for being a new concept in an Indian Restaurant design and subsequently, many restaurants were designed on similar pattern.
With him at the helm, Bengal Cuisine remains genuine to its title as it serves Bengali traditional food. Moreover, Bengal Cuisine has won the “Curry Chef” of the year awards for 1999, 2000 & 2001. The success was achieved by providing quality food and an exceptional service, both managed by him.
